The one memory very clear to me when I read the comments of others — and particularly when I saw Marc Estrin's name — was that, thanks to him (I believe he was a grad student there at the time) we rehearsed in beautiful space at Rockefeller University for one season. I remember the special feeling of making my way across that campus for such a purpose. I went to Hunter, not Music and Art, and was several years younger than most of the others. Of course, I, too, remember The New year's Eve singing of Carmina Burana. It was all so exhilarating.
